  Be careful with your receipt. I gave an amount on the tip and they charged my card with a different amount. Never going back. Not only did they mess up on my order they lost our ticket order and took over an hour to service us.

  Used to go in there quite often in the early morning hours but the staff and the management at that time of the day is kind of useless. They don't even know when you're standing at the counter waiting to place an order because they're too busy in the back shooting the bull! And events or Saturday morning or Sunday there is nothing but a bunch of loud drunks in there. The carry out plastic that you use is ridiculous. In this day and age when recycling is a big thing you are stopping people's bags with tons of black ugly plastic for the food. If you order eggs bacon and potatoes they have to put each one in a separate plastic container which is so stupid. Besides that black plastic is really not considered recyclable because it such bad material. Come on IHOP let's get with the program and at least use the recyclable products. That one is big on my list
